This well-maintained chalet will inspire you. Whether you want to rent it with your partner or family, the property's condition and location are ideal. From the living room, you can access a spacious terrace overlooking the pool, transformed into a beautiful glass-enclosed porch in December 2023. The basement has a complete apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. BBQ and carport.
The Space:
High-quality equipment with underfloor heating (gas), insulated glass windows with shutters, air conditioning, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, granny flat, large, dry cellar, large pool, beautiful garden, various terraces, carport, central septic tank, and much more.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet sunny residential area close to the city in Sta. Lucia. The property is located in a dead end street. No through traffic. From the living room you have a beautiful view to the Montgo.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.

Summary: Lovely house with all the luxury you need for the holiday. The pool is spacious and we loved the outdoor shower. The house is luxurious and has everything we needed, the appartment downstairs with kitchen, coffee machine and bathroom was very convenient. And close to the nice beaches.We will come back
